PATROL SCHEDULE
The scheduling done for the security guard for patrolling.
HOW TO CREATE NEW SCHEDULE
Go to patrol schedule-> Select client & Location-> Create new schedule
HOW TO CREATE DAY ROUND
In the day round page we can select “Round and setup to the n days” and give the day round name from this page.
HOW TO USE ROUND DETAIL
In the round detail page users can create a schedule round for the security guard.Users can create multiple rounds in one schedule.
1. HOW TO CREATE A NEW ROUND
There are 4 ways from which round can be created “Add round after current round, and round before round, and round as First round of day, Add round as Last round of day”.
2. HOW TO USE “MORE ROUND OPTIONS” IN THE ROUND DETAILS PAGEBY
From this option user can create “Duplicate, Copy, Cut, Paste, Delete”Rounds
3. SO, AFTER CREATING ROUND THE TIME WILL BE REFLECTED ON THE DAY ROUND PAGE AS WELL AS SCHEDULE PAGE.
ROUND DETAILS->CREATE ROUND (START AND END TIME)
