Alert can be set from 5 ways in BWAC

1. Employee Notification Setting

  • Patrol Scheduling Alert

Admin can set the notification for the employee who will do “checkin, checkout, Visit start, Visit end, Mobile patrol, Tag to be defined via Email or SMS.

2. Client Management : Patrol Alert Settings

Admin can set the notification for that will do “checkin, checkout, Visit start, Visit end, Mobile patrol, Tag to be defined via Email or SMS

At the client level admin can set three types of tag type to alert on “Checkpoint, employee & Incident”.

INCIDENT ALERT TO BE SET FOR IF STATUS IS: NONE, CRITICAL, BAD, GOOD, ETC

CHECKPOINT ALERT TO BE SET FOR IF STATUS IS: EARLY, LATE, ONTIME, MISSED, ETC

Employee Alert To Be Set For If Status Is: If Any Employee Tag Is Scanned Or Employee Tag Is Scanned

3. Site/Location Management : Patrol Alert Settings

Admin can set the notification for the  who will do “checkin,checkout,Visit start,Visit end,Mobile patrol,Tag to be defined via Email or SMS

At the location level admin can set three types of tag type to alert on “Checkpoint,employee & Incident”.

CHECKPOINT

In this tag type the alert can be set for two options one is alert for if checkpoint tag is scanners or set alert for any specific tag is scanned to get notification for “Early,Late,Ontime,Missed” via Email ,SMS and patrol alert monitor mode.

INCIDENT

Incident tag type is set alert with two option one when any incident tag is scanned and one with specific incident tag is scanned with the status such as “Good,Normal,Bad,None,etc”

 

EMPLOYEE

Employee tag is scanned then alert should be sent by only two options one when every tag is scanned and one when specific employee tag is scanned as per it set.

4. Tag To Be Defined

Users can define tags from this section and also can set alerts for early,late,on time, missed from the patrol alert setting tab.

5. Checkpoint Tag

User can add checkpoint from this page and set alert from “Early,Ontime,Late,Missed”

From the patrol alert tab.

6. Incident Tag

Users can create a new incident tag and set an alert for the incident tag when the status is “Good, Bad, Critical, Etc” from this page.

7. Patrol Alert Setting

Users can set alerts for “Early,Late,Ontime,Missed” to the person who will get the notification for the status via SMS,Email.

 Steps:

SETUP->SETTING->PATROL MONITORING SETTINGS->PATROL ALERT SETTING TAB->CREATE BUTTON->FILL ALL THE MANDATORY FIELD ->SAVE
