How to Add New Client

Clients Management

This module will create a New Client for BWAC

STEPS FOR CREATING A NEW CLIENT

STEP 1: Go to Maintain >> Client >> Create new Client

STEP 2: Create New Client Window will open

When user click Maintain Clients menu, the user enters the Clients Management page. Users can view, create, edit, and delete clients from this page.
Users can create a Client by clicking on the create button. In create page there are two tabs

    • a) Basic Info
    • b) Other Information

In the “Basic info” tab the user has to give the basic info such as Name, City, Etc.
In the “Other Information” tab, users can give the information such as “Alternative Name”, “Alternative Address1”. This is optional.

After filling in the value the required filled user can click on the save button to save the record.

Users can edit a Client by clicking on the edit button. From here the user can modify the existing value of the basic Info tab. See the following edit page of “Basic Info”.

And, from the 2nd tab users can modify the existing value of the Other Information tab. See the following edit page of “Other Information”.

User can see a new tab on the edit of a client i.e. Patrol Alert Setting.
In this tab the user can view the alert settings list and also can create an alert for that client.

Site/Location Management

This module will create a New Site for BWAC

STEPS FOR CREATING A NEW SITE

When the user clicks Maintain Site/Locations menu, the user enters the Site/Location Management page. Users can view, create, edit, and delete Sites/Locations from this page.

Users can create a Location by clicking on the create button. After opening the create page, users have to fill in the value in the required field such as location name, select client, etc. and click on the save button to save the record.

Users can edit a Location by clicking on the edit button. The From here the user can modify the existing value of the location tab. See the following edit page of “Location”.

Users can see a new tab on the edit page of a site/location, i.e. Patrol Alert Setting.

In this tab, the user can view the alert settings list and also can create an alert for that site/location.

Users can create Patrol Alert Setting Globally from the Setup🡪Settings section.
